Hi, Dare 2B Artzy friends!

Tasha here from CraftyPinkPixie.com sharing a fun birthday shaker card created with the “Happy Birthday Mini” and “Perfect Blend” stamp sets!

To create this card, I stamped the coffee cup and cupcake images with black ink and colored them with markers. To add sparkle, I used clear glitter on the frosting and cup holder.

The sentiment selected was “Birthday Wishes” and it was stamped in black on the holder. I was so excited that this stamp fits perfectly on the cup; being able to mix stamps sets allow you to create a larger variety of projects.

After coloring, I cut the images out and started to build the shaker. I used a rose gold glitter paper for the back and a brown plaid pattern paper for the frame. I thought these colors went with the coffee theme. Multi-colored sequins filled the shaker to add a festive look; I love these bright colors!

To finish the design, I attached the cute little cupcake to the card with foam tape and placed a coordinating scalloped frame around the shaker to give more shimmer. Lastly, I used a dark red card stock to create the square base.
