Thanks again to all of the U.S. Veterans.  I hope you had a wonderful weekend filled with gratitude for your service!

We are starting the week off here in Ohio with temperatures that I am sure would make this penguin feel right at home!  The high is predicted to be 43 degrees, but the sun is supposed to shine!

It was hard to decide which penguin to use in today’s project as there are so many cute penguins in the Dare 2B Artzy Penguin Fun set!  After stamping this cutie with Totally Black ink, I colored him with the following Copic markers: (R14, R37, R89), (Y02, Y17, YR16), (YG03, YG17, YG99), (B00, BG57, BG09), and (BV00, BV04, BV08).  Accents were added with Wink of Stella, Nuvo White Blizzard Glitter Drops, and Sakura Glaze Pens.

After die cutting the penguin images with the coordinating dies, I cut the Holiday Damask paper with a stitched rectangle die from the Leaf Background Die.  The penguin was mounted to the card with an Action Wobbler.  I tried (emphasis on tried!) to take a video holding the phone in my left hand while trying to make the penguin slip on the ice.  As you will see in the video clip below, I am in desperate need of a tripod!!!
