Love is in the Air!

Hello, Dare 2B Artzy Fans!
It’s Melody from Handmade Card Happiness!  The daughter of one of my best friends is getting married.  Her favorite color is pink so I just had to make a bright pink card for her!

I began by stamping this beautiful cake from the Mr. & Mrs. Stamp Set using D2BA’s Totally Black Ink.  I then colored the cake image with the following Copic marker combinations: ((RV02, RV04, RV06, RV09) and (C00, C1).  After cutting out the image, I added some pearls for accents and added some Wink of Stella to the hearts.
The card base was made using Dare 2B Artzy’s Rectangle Framelits Dies.  These fancy nesting rectangles made the shaped card base as well as the pink layers.

After assembling the card, I couldn’t resist stamping the car dragging the tin cans onto the envelope!  That image is also from the Mr. and Mrs. Stamp Set.
