Once again we have the talented Candice joining us!!

I hope everyone is having a fabulous crafty day!  It’s Candice with you today sharing my second card as a guest designer for Dare 2b Artzy Stamps.  I made a slimline card using the whimsical houses in the Home Sweet Home stamp set!

I really wanted to have a bright, rainbow flow to my card and chose to keep everything else white to help it really pop.

I began my card by creating an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base which fits perfectly into standard or size 9A envelopes.  For my background, I heat embossed  white cardstock with white polka dots and die cut with a stitched scalloped frame.

Next, I stamped the houses and plants, colored with copic markers in a rainbow palette, and fussy cut out.  I ended up gluing the houses down and using foam tape on the plants for some dimension.

To finish the card, I heat embossed the sentiments in white on black cardstock, cut out with scissors and used foam tape to adhere to the card.  I added a few white pearls for my little bit of shine.
