Boxed Set of Thank You Cards

Hi everyone! Leslie here to share a Dare2BArtzy DT inspiration project with you today, an awesome boxed set of six thank you cards using the Flowers for Mom stamp set with coordinating Joyful Flower dies. Fun, fun, fun!

My inspiration for this project came from a YouTube tutorial HERE. My version has a velcro closure under the flap, and I also decorated the back of the box. I used the absolutely gorgeous Artzy Doodles Bright Pumpkin paper layered on white cardstock along with the patterned strip across the top. Yes, you should keep those strips across the top of ALL D2BA papers, as they coordinate perfectly! I punched the stamped sentiment with an oval punch and layered it on a scalloped oval, and adhered a grosgrain bow.

The card bases I used are 3-1/2″ x 5″ with slightly larger envelopes, and worked perfectly for this project. I prepared the panels first – cut the white pieces and stamped the thank you sentiment on each using a stamp positioner. Then I cut slightly larger black layering pieces and adhered them all to the card bases. I then stamped each flower three times in Totally Black ink on white cardstock, then commenced to coloring each set of flowers the same. Once all the coloring was finished, I cut each flower with the coordinating die and adhered them to the card bases. I added several sparkly elements to each card for a little interest. Voila!
