2 Cards Featuring The Lemon Bliss Set | Melinda

Hello Dare 2 B Artzy friends,

Melinda with MyPaperCrafting.com here today. I am sharing 2 cards I created featuring the new Lemon Bliss collection! A beautifully fresh collection of stamps, dies and patterned papers.

CARD #1

Here is my first card. It is a top folding A2 sized card. I started with a white cardstock base and then added a panel of some of the pretty patterned paper.

I then cut out a scalloped circle and then a regular circle from white cardstock. I inked it with some of the Sunset Yellow ink and then colored in the pretty image.

I mounted the image onto the circle and then added a bow and some Nuvo drops.

I finished of this card by adding the sentiment and then mounting it onto a border strip of some of the same seam binding I used for the bow. I also added a dot of the Crystal Nuvo drops to each side.

CARD #2

For my second card, I once again started with a top folding white cardstock A2 sized base. I then added a mat of some of the pretty patterned paper from the collection to the bottom of the cad.

I colored in the image and then cut it out and mounted it onto a plain white cardstock mat. I inked the edges of the cardstock with the Sunset Yellow Ink. I mounted the image to the mat and then added some Nuvo Crystal drops for an added accent.

I added the sentiment to a strip of patterned paper that created a border. I finished it off with a button and some twin I had in my stash.
