You are Precious!

Hello!  It’s Melody from Handmade Card Happiness, and I hope you thoroughly enjoyed the past weekend!

My card for today has a message that we all need to hear.  You are precious!

The background for my card was created using the new Wacky Boxes Stencil from Dare 2B Artzy.  I used an ink blending tool to apply Bright Pumpkin Ink and Sunset Yellow Ink to my card base.  I think these two Dare 2B Artzy inks blended together beautifully!  Could a stencil be any more fun than this one?!!  I can see many future uses for the Wacky Boxes Stencil!

Next, I stamped the images from the new Tiger Lilies Stamp Set using Totally Black Ink.  I colored them with the following Copic marker combinations: (Y06, YR16, YR09), R59, and (YG25, G15).  I used a Sakura Glaze Pen #822 to add some accents.

After stamping the sentiment from the new Poppy Power Stamp Set, I die cut the white circle with the Circle Framelits.  I used one of the larger dies from this set to cut a circle from orange card stock.  After adhering the white circle to the orange circle, they were adhered to the card base.  I fussy cut the largest Tiger Lily, stamped the word precious on orange card stock, and popped both up on the card front with foam tape.
