HAPPY BIRTHDAY Kelsie and Steve!!!!
Hope Kelsie does not see this post before her birthday because this is her card.  I used our newest Dangle Thanks stamp set and the Fun Titles set that goes along with it.  You can’t tell in the photo very well but I jazzed it up with Wink of Stella and lots of bling.
