They Say It’s Your Birthday!

Hello, Dare 2B Artzy Friends!
Are you looking for fun ways to send birthday wishes to your family or friends?  If so, you will love the Otterly Awesome Stamp Set from Dare 2B Artzy!

I love the sentiments in this set!  There are ones for sending greetings to friends as well as to your significant otter, too!  I love a good pun so this birthday sentiment worked perfectly for today’s card!

I began by covering the card front with the D2BA Manatees paper.  Next, I die cut the white card stock rectangle using the stitched rectangle die from the Leaf Background Die Set.  The circle was cut using the Circle Framelits, and the sentiment was stamped with Midnight Blue Ink.  I placed a piece of Under the Sea paper behind the circle on the card base.

After stamping the otters with Totally Black Ink, the images were colored with Copic Markers.

Here are the Copic combinations I used: (E25, E27, E29), (Y17, YR04, YR09), (B21, B24, B26), and (E33, E35).  Accents were added with Sakura Glaze Pens #819, #805, #825, and #803.

The seaweed and starfish were stamped with Bright Pumpkin, Sunset Yellow, Pomegranate, and Margarita Lime inks from D2BA.  All of the images were die cut using the coordinating Otter Die and adhered to the card front.
