Happy Friday!
I am excited to share the new Breezy Blossoms Stamp Set from Dare 2B Artzy with you today! Its coordinating stencil makes coloring this set a real breeze!
The stamp set has three flowers, and you can use the layered stencil to color them quickly!
I began by stamping the images with a pale gray color. I left the flower stamps in place in my MISTI and then restamped the flowers in Totally Black Ink when I was finished with the ink blending. This just makes the outlines pop!
There are multiple ways to use the stamp set and stencil! You can see a video about ways to use the set HERE!
After finishing with the flowers, I die cut them with the Breezy Blossoms Dies.
The card base was then covered with a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ rectangle of D2BA’s Midnight Garden Paper. I die cut the Quilted Flower Background from ivory card stock and layered another piece of ivory card stock behind it. I then created frames with the Rectangle Framelits and added pieces of the two sided Midnight Garden Paper behind the frames. The hello was stamped from the A Single Greeting Stamp Set and die cut with the coordinating A Single Greetings Die.
I still had two of the flowers left so, of course, I had to create another card!
The paper used on this second card is from the English Garden Paper Pack. I die cut two ivory card stock pieces and one English Garden Paper piece using the Oval Scalloped Framelit Die Set. The sentiment was stamped from the Well Wishes Stamp Set. This card came together quickly as the flowers were ready to go, and the beautiful English Garden Paper doesn’t really need any further treatment to turn it into a gorgeous background!
I hope you will check out the Breezy Blossoms Stamp Set with its coordinating stencil and die!
I also hope you’ll join in the Christmas in July Challenge on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog! You can link your creations HERE!
Have a great weekend!
If you are attending Stampaway in Cincinnati in two weeks, I hope you’ll stop in the Dare 2B Artzy Booth and visit with Cindy and me!
