Kendra here from Luv 2 Scrap N’ Make Cards to share an inspirational card with you using the Perfect Blend stamp set!

I really like the mug stamp in the set and when I saw it, I thought it would be fun to “spice” it up a little, by adding some flowers!!  As most of my cappuccino/cocoa mugs have flowers on them!!

So I stamped the mug on a piece of white cardstock and used some post-it notes to mask up around the mug where I didn’t want the flowers to stamp. I used the Happiness Blooms stamp set for the cute cluster of flowers!  With the theme of spring, I thought they would make the perfect touch!

Now don’t get me wrong, this mug is awesome just the way it is!

But just think of all the endless possibilities there are in customizing this mug!!  So fun!!

I did the same for the top part of the mug as well!!

I then used the coordinating CUP Die to die cut it out so I could use pop-dots to adhere it to my card base!

I stamped the mug on a piece of kraft cardstock as well and fussy cut the middle part, so I could then run it through my die cutting machine with a striped embossing folder!  Makes it look just like those coffee wraps!!

I really like how the mug turned out!!

I stamped the steam above the mug and added two enamel hearts!  I also added the ‘You warm my heart’ sentiment, which are both from the Perfect Blend stamp set as well!
