Happy Saturday Dare 2B Artzy Friends!

Hello crafty friends,

Today I am sharing a fun card I created with some wonderful Dare 2 B Artzy stamps,  inks and papers. It is the perfect card for your stash.

Here’s my completed card. It is an standard A2, top folding card. I made the base with some white cardstock. I cut the mat from some patterned paper from the Seas The Day collection.

The focal image of the card is the sailboat stamp image from the Anchors Away Stamp set. I used my colored pencils to color in the image after I stamped it with Totally Black ink. The waves are a stamp from the same set. I used some Midnight Blue ink to stamp them. I colored in the background and the waves with my colored pencils. I added a couple of sequins to finish off the look.

I layered my finished image onto a red cardstock mat and then layered that onto a white matt with a cross-stitched edged. I thread some ribbon through the layers of the mats for a little visual interest. I added a bow to finish it off the embellishments.

Lastly, I added my sentiment that comes from the Sail Away stamp set. I used the Totally Black ink and stamped it onto some white cardstock.
