Seas the Day!

Happy Friday!
Are you ready to seas the day or maybe even the entire weekend?
I think I’m ready for a weekend of crafting, and it’s so much fun creating slimline cards with great products from Dare 2B Artzy!

I started by stamping the sea creatures from the Seas the Day and Otterly Awesome Stamp Sets using Dare 2B Artzy’s Totally Black Ink. After coloring them with Copic Markers, I die cut the images using the Seas the Day Die and the Otters Die.
The seaweed and starfish were stamped with D2BA’s Sunset Yellow and Margarita Lime Inks. They were die cut using the coordinating dies from the Otters Die.
The sentiments were stamped with Midnight Blue Ink and were die cut using Circle Framelits and a banner die from the Wavy Slimline Framelit Dies.

The card base was cut at 7 1/2″ x 8 3/8″.
I then cut rectangles from D2BA’s Otterly Awesome and Under the Sea Papers using the largest rectangle from the Wavy Slimline Framelit Dies. After adding the striped edge from the Otterly Awesome Paper to the right side of the card front, I adhered the rectangle cut from the Otterly Awesome paper to the card front.

I used a border die from the Wavy Slimline Border Dies to cut sections from the Under the Sea Rectangle. I adhered sections from that die cutting to the card front. After adding the sentiments and popping up the sea creatures with foam tape, my card was complete!
