Hello and thanks for stopping by! Hope you’re having a wonderful day.
There are only 13 days until Christmas, but it is not too late to create some quick and easy but gorgeous Christmas cards to send to family and friends.
These cards require very minimal coloring so they come together so quickly.
To start, I used the Swirl & Stripes background die and cut the outline from some white glitter cardstock and the Swirl & Stripes were cut from some matte red foil cardstock. I glued the two pieces together and added dimensional foam to the back.
Next, I used the Happy Holiday’s sentiment die from the Slimline Snowflake Die set. I cut several of the Holiday dies from white cardstock and glued them together. I cut one final piece from white glitter cardstock.
For the Happy word die, I cut it from some white cardstock and added some green foil cardstock behind it with a little liquid glue.
I stamped the small Holly and Berries from the Poinsettia Tangle Stamp set. I kept the coloring very simple with just reds and greens. I used my Sketch alcohol markers to color them and then cut them with the coordinating die. I added a bit of Tonic Aqua Shimmer to the berries and down the center of the holly leaves.
I created an A2 card base from some 110lb cardstock and used a corner rounder to round the corners. I cut a piece of the O’Christmas Tree paper to just a bit smaller than the A2 size card base. I rounded the corners of the paper as well and glued it to the card base with some liquid glue.
For a finishing touch, I added some green gems to the end of the swirls design with some liquid glue.
I popped the background onto my card panel with some dimensional foam.
This was such a quick and easy card and it would be easy to make for all of your last minute cards.
Thanks so much for stopping by. The products I’ve used for today’s card are listed below for your convenience.
Hugs,
Tonya
