CREATIVE STAMPING TECHNIQUES!

Dare 2B Artzy is so excited to pair up with Canvas Corp Brands to bring you some great project ideas. Dare 2B Artzy offers a wide range of clear stamps made in the USA. We also have matching dies, papers and a line of dye inks. We thought it would be fun to show you how well our products work with other companies great products.  Canvas Corp Brands is the home of Canvas Corp, Tattered Angels and 7gypsies.  They offer a wide variety of craft supplies including papers, paints, mists, vintage supplies, canvas and more.

Here is how this Match-Up works: Each designer on both design teams received a box of goodies that included stamps and inks from us and hand-picked products from CCB to play with.  They had to create something using some fun techniques that they could share with you.  Today we are sharing 4 projects from our D2BA design team, Chris Pozzi, Karen Nofziger and Tonya Meyer. Here is a project to get the hop started:

I started with these great products: D2BA Live Love Lake stamp, D2BA On the Dock stamp, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, Shimmers Water Color and Glimmer Glam, canvas pennant, twine and red burlap.

1. I stamped my images on different sized pieces of cardstock.
2. Add some white gesso to the canvas and the stamped image to create some texture.
3. Spritz the blue Glimmer Mist over the canvas and on the stamped cardstock.

4. I used the Dare 2B Artzy brown ink to add some distressing to some of the images.

5. The Glimmer Glam and Glimmer Mist were a nice added touch to the boat tag. I splattered some of the Glam glitter paint and used a brush to add some more to the water.

6.  I thought it would be cute to hang the canvas from a branch with the twine and I used the little blue clothes pin for the boat tag. I think these products worked so well together.
