It’s ok to stamp in your scrapbooks!

I just returned from a fun scrapbooking weekend with friends at Zanetrace in Ohio.  I wanted to share with you some fun pages I did. I am working on my daughters scrapbook to give to her for her high school graduation this year. I am a bit behind.

It is kind of hard to see it in the photo but I stamped the small leaf on a patterned piece of paper, then I trimmed it out and popped it up and curled the edges of the leaf a little to give it dimension.  I used our new Give Thanks stamp set.

Here was a quick birthday layout. I embellished with the birthday cake and colorful pennants. It is ok to keep it simple.  I used the More Cake stamp set for this layout.

We had a great weekend scrapbooking and stamping at the “Zanetrace Craft Farm”. A little wine and lots of good food. Take a look at this stuffed french toast with local maple syrup. Wow…it was amazing.  Can’t wait to return.
