Hello hello hello… Happy Monday! My kids are back to school for two weeks and we are in September now, can’t you believe it? It means that Fall is coming near here and I am dreaming of the days when the green leaves turn into gorgeous colors. And my card today is inspired by this lovely season.
On my card today, I am using the beautiful Autumn Leaves Paper, Give Thanks Stamp Set, Fall Leaves Die, and the Hello Word Die.
I stamped those leaves with VersaFine Onyx Black using MISTI on a watercolor paper. After that, I colored them with Viviva Watercolor and water brush. The Fall colors are my favorite for the next several months for sure.
I dried the watercolor paints with craft heat gun and I cur them using the matching dies with my Gemini Junior machine.
And then, I used the Hello Word Die to cut out a piece of white cardstock fir the word Hello and cut out a piece oh dark brown cardstock for the word base. I stacked them together with dries-clear permanent glue.
I trimmed a couple rectangles out of white cardstock and a couple rectangles out of green cardstock. I stacked them together with the TapeRunner adhesive.
I trimmed one of the Autumn Leaves papers into 4 inch x 5.25 inch and using the adhesive runner I added it on top of A2 (4.25 inch x 5.5 inch) top-folded card.
I added those stacked rectangles on the card with the adhesive runner. And then, I added the watercolored leaves on top with permanent adhesive glue.
I added the sentiment word on the card with 3D foam tape and then I emballished the card with some of gold sequins using the dries-clear permanent adhesive glue.
I love how this card turned out. I hope this will give you an idea for Fall craft and to join our September Challenge: Favorite Color.
Thank you so much for stopping by our blog today. Have a wonderful day!
