Everything’s Coming Up Roses!

Hi, Stampers!
It’s Melody, and everything is literally coming up roses on my desk with Dare 2B Artzy’s new Holiday Rose Stamp Set!

The small black lines on the flowers act as shading making it very easy to color!  I began by stamping the flower with Dare 2B Artzy’s Totally Black Ink which is a Copic friendly ink.  The flowers were then colored with the following Copic marker combinations: (R14, R37, R59), ( G43, G46, G29), (YG03, YG17, G99), (E23, E25, E37), and (R35, R39).  After cutting out the flower with the D78 Rose Die, I added Glossy Accents to the berries.

The white card stock was cut with the stitched background die which is part of the three piece Cupcake Die.  I love a die set which gives you the opportunity to utilize the dies in so many different ways!  The sentiment was stamped from the Poinsettia Tangle Stamp Set which is another gorgeous flower set from D2BA!

The images were colored with the following Copic combinations: (YG16, R05, E19), (E31, E25, E37), (BG13, BG09), and (Y11, Y21, E51).  The fox and squirrel were die cut with the D86 Foxy Greetings Die.  The papers used were from the Fall Harvest Collection Paper Pack.
