 I really love that sweet basket of flowers from Dare 2B Artzy Raggity Rabbit Stamp set.  I colored it with the following Copic markers:

Y00, Y02, BG53, BG57, R81, R83, YG03, YG06, E41, E43

I think the sentiment will lend itself towards being a congratulatory card.  The background is washi tape from my stash.  Here’s a close up of the basket:

I added some Nuvo drops, thin lace, and seam-binding ribbon.
