Don’t Worry, Be Frappe

Hello Artzy friends! I’m super excited to share this fun fold card idea! I’m using the Be Frappe (matching dies) and Artzy paper with this card design. While there are many steps to put this together, it’s a lot of fun with a beautiful color combination. Today’s card project, has quite a few steps, let’s start with the paper cuts: 

1. Butterscotch color paper is used as the card base (first Z fold) – cut to 4.25 x 11 inches, score at 2.75 inches and 5.5 inches.
2. Floral color paper is a layer (second Z fold) – cut to 3.25 x 9 inches, score at 3 inches and 6 inches.
3. Coordinating patterned paper layers: cut waffle patterned paper to 4 x 5.25 inches and stripe patterned paper to 4 x 2.5 inches. 

Now, let’s move onto stamping:

1. White card panel layers (x2) – cut to 3 x 2.75 inches.
2. Stamp sentiments onto white card panel layers, set aside.
3. Stamp, color, and cut out the frappe and cup sleeve.

Let’s finish with fun folds and assembly:

1. Fold the card base on the 5.5 inch mark and fold back (Z pattern) at the 2.75 inch score line.
2. Fold the floral layer at the 3 inch mark and fold back (Z pattern) at the 6 inch score line.
3. Both panels fold into a Z pattern.
4. Adhere waffle patterned paper layer onto the bottom of the card base.
5. Next, adhere the stripe patterned paper layer onto the top of the card base.
6. Then, adhere the floral layer onto the first Z fold layer.
7. Retrieve the white card panel layers and adhere to floral layer.
8. Adhere cup sleeve onto frappe cup.
9. Adhere cup onto top panel of the card.
10. Add embellishments, I used Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents.
