Hi everyone! Leslie here to share a Dare2BArtzy DT inspiration project with you today, a fun clutch purse that holds a set of four cards. I used the amazing Paisley Bliss stamp set, Paisley paper and Totally Black ink. SO much fun!
The purse was fashioned from a single sheet of Paisley paper (it’s double-sided 12 x 12 paper) with a few simple folds. My inspiration came from a YouTube tutorial I found several months ago and fell in love with… you can see it HERE. This is the second set I’ve created and the possibilities are literally endless! I stamped the “Creativity takes courage” quote (which I absolutely love) on the front flap which I decorated with the strip from the top of the paper and some thin strips of navy blue cardstock, and a vintage button. I stamped the large paisley from the Paisley Bliss stamp set on a scrap piece of white cardstock, scanned it and cut it with my Scan N Cut, and colored it with three Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. The Zig colors were pretty bright so I layered a piece of thick vellum (also cut with the Scan N Cut using the same scanned paisley shape) to mute the colors. I used this as an accent on the bottom of the flap.
This is the set of four cards, all stamped with that awesome quote and several paisley stamps, and colored with the same three Zig markers. I even stamped and colored a small paisley on the envelopes! I added a layer of the vellum (to mute the colors), several sequins and a hand-cut flag with a tiny button to each card.

I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s project! Be sure to check out all the fun stamps, dies, inks and papers at Dare2BArtzy! Thanks so much for stopping by today – we’ll see you next time!
Scrappy hugs,
Leslie
