Black & White with a pop of Red

Time to join in a fun challenge over at Paper Crafter’s Corner.

Week Forty-Seven’s Papercrafting Inspiration:  Magazine Mondays

When I saw the inspiration I knew the perfect layout that I had already done but I wanted to do something new for the challenge.

I used the newly released Track & Field stamp set. I started in the top corner and just rotated the stamps and went back and forth from red to black.  It looks best if you use the red as an accent so stamp with mostly black.  I also think the black and white images work well with this.  That is my daughter, Katy, in the lead.

Here is another layout with my other daughter, Kelsie, using the Cheerleading stamp set.

Here I just popped one word multiple times.  Their colors were red, black and silver so I added the silver emboss to the Chevron stamp set.  We have a big line of SPORTS SETS and most will give you plenty of words to play with in mixed fonts.  You will have fun with this technique.
