Hello, Hello Dare 2B Atrzy friends!!

Janette here with my first blog post as a D2BA design team member!! I have to tell you that when I began stamping, D2BA was one of the first companies I fell in love with. I am so excited to be here sharing with you.

This card, Birthday Bliss, was quite easily created. I began with the feather-y stamp from the Paisley Bliss stamp set and D2BA ink in Margarita Lime, Paradise, Midnight Blue and Wild Orchid. For each impression I chose two ink colors. Starting with the lighter of the two, I covered the entire stamp. I then came in with the darker color over just a portion of the stamp. I stamped several images in various inky combinations and fussy cut. This playful effect is so easy and fits several of the D2BA images perfectly.

I then layered up and adhered together the fussy cut images. I chose to heat emboss the sentiment and swirls from the Birthday Balloons stamp set, and add a few enamel dots for just a touch of sparkle.
