A Card For Mom

Hi Dare 2B Artzy friends!

Tasha here from CraftyPinkPixie.com sharing a Mother’s Day card created with the beautiful Flowers for Mom stamp set!

For this project, I created a book card fold using some D2BA pattern paper. To coordinate with the green in the print, I layered the fold on green glitter cardstock which added tons of shimmer. This card fold is so fun because it pops out when the card is opened.

For the inside, I selected one of the pretty floral designs, embossed it with rose gold powder, and used the matching dies to cut it out. I love the look of embossed flowers!

The sentiment selected was “Happy Mother’s Day” and was stamped on cream paper with D2BA black ink.

Lastly, I created a band from the same glitter paper to hold the card together. The center image was embossed, die cut, and colored to coordinate with the inside flower.
