Do I need a cutting machine?
No! Print the prepared PDF sheets and cut the pieces with scissors or a paper trimmer. Coordinating SVG and DXF cutting outlines are included for compatible cutting-machine software.

What do I receive now?
You’ll receive November’s Celebration Digital Pack and getting-started information after payment. December’s Digital Pack is included at no additional charge and will be delivered during the first week of December.

Will anything be mailed to me?
No. This is a digital package with files to download and print at home. No physical products will be shipped.

Does my $15 purchase start a subscription?
No. Your one-time $15 USD payment covers November and December’s Digital Packs and included member benefits. There are no automatic monthly payments. Continuing membership requires a separate signup.

What happens after December?
When monthly subscriptions open, you’ll be invited to continue at the founder rate of $15 USD/month, compared with the planned regular price of $25 USD/month. We’ll provide signup instructions and an enrollment deadline. Once activated, your founder rate stays $15/month while your subscription remains continuously active.

Is this part of Artzy Clubhouse?
Yes! This is the digital option within our Artzy Clubhouse community, with downloadable collections and included member benefits. Our physical stamp and die membership remains a separate purchase. Buying this starter package does not enroll you in or change a physical membership.

Can existing Artzy Clubhouse members participate?
Absolutely! Existing members are welcome to purchase the digital starter package and qualify for the founder subscription offer. Member discounts cannot be combined.

How do I access the Facebook group, classes, and member discount?
Your welcome guide includes the private Facebook group link, joining instructions, where to find class information, and your 10% member discount code. Your starter-package discount is valid through December 31, 2026, and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Stay in the Artzy loop!
We’d love to keep creating with you! It may already be checked for U.S. customers; customers elsewhere may need to select it.

Your email signup is optional. Your purchased downloads, upcoming cutting files, and December collection will still be sent to your purchase email whether or not you subscribe.

How will I receive December’s collection?
We’ll add December’s collection to your starter package on December 1 and email you an updated download link. Your November files will remain available. We’ll deliver the upcoming cutting files the same way when they’re ready

How can I receive project ideas and share feedback?
Subscribe to our emails at checkout for creative inspiration, feedback invitations, and digital membership news. You’ll also find a feedback link in your getting-started information.
